Asked us what we needed while still looking at the computer. Acted like we were disturbing him by wanting to look at a car so he unlocked the car we were interested in from his desk… while still looking at the computer. Judging from all these lovely reviews of you, I’m wondering why my family didn’t get that same treatment? But I’m sure I already know."
