"Purchased a battery from here and they installed it. They wouldn't return it after we found out it was the wrong battery, and started having issues with the vehicle. IT SAYS ON THERE COMPUTER: AGM Required: This vehicle is identified as having start-stop technology and high electrical demand. They clearly didn't get trained on reading NOTES!! Needless to say the commercial person is VERY RUDE!! We spend A LOT with our commercial account even though it's not in the same state we live in. So now we are taking this up with our Advance rep."

I went in about 30 minutes before closing but the staff took great care of us. They replaced my battery and made sure I was good to go in less than 20 minutes.
