"I just finished sending a message to this company about the dash pad that I paid for over a year ago (12/5/22). Each time they respond, "I will check with the production manager." The last message stated my product would ship in 30-45 days this was sent on October 16, 2023, and still no product received. I have sent a final message asking for them to give me a firm shipping date and tracking number, otherwise cancel my order. I am not sure if this is the norm for this company, but if they do not respond I am filing a Consumer Complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Buyers Beware!"

"I finally received my order today and it is complete and all the parts are very high quality actually better than original. If you want parts of lesser quality faster than find another source. The wait was worth the quality. Communication could use work but they always responded to calls or emails."

"I ordered a dash pad 8 months ago and have not received it. I have called and spoken to “customer service” 3 times and each time I’m told “I’ll talk to production and call you back” yet no one has called me back. I’ve sent emails. No reply. 8 months and no product delivered Is a flat out scam. Any good business with either refund me my money or have my product shipped out immediately yet USA1 can’t even call me back. Thievery at its finest. I willl be seeking legal action at this point."

"I ordered a set of door panels for my C 10 on march 4 2023 website said they were in stock so I ordered them paid $680 figured I would have them in a week or two, after a month I started calling the phone number never got anyone to answer the phone,,,, I left messages every time. never got a return phone call to let me know the status of my order then finally on 4-17-23 I received an email saying they were on a 12-16 week back order. Sorry for the inconvenience. So after about 20 weeks, I started calling and leaving messages every other day for someone to call me back and let me know the status of my order., and no one has called me or answered my emails , I finally received a automated email 10-29-23 that apparently no human being even read saying someone would contact me in two days, that never happened, still haven’t received my door panels yet and here it is 10-8-23 This is unreal!!!! Ok here is an update now it’s 12-4-23 And my C 10 door panels were Delivered today. Amen. They have arrived The order did come in correct and quality looks good. They are complete with armrest and pull straps to close the door. Thank you for a quality product"

"Ordered a complete interior kit for my 87 GMC, and back wall carpet to match. Staff was knowledgeable and efficient when placing my order over the phone (by the way, not hard to get them on the phone if you call during the week during business hours, just saying). Got everything significantly faster than promised. Waiting on the dash pad, but was given a heads up that they take a bit longer to ship. Everything appears to be in good shape from my initial inspection. Can’t confirm how it all fits yet, but the quality seems on par if not higher than other parts I’ve gotten from other vendors. Not sure why these guys have such a bad rep, but I’ll be sure to order from them again if I can. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!"
