"This was a wonderful, respectful and affordable option for my mother when she passed. The employees were professional and kind."
"I truly appreciate the compassion, dignity and respect that was shown to my family after tragically loosing my FIL. Everyone in the office was so helpful and responsive to any and everything we needed. They made a tragic event a little less painful. They kept the cost as low as possible for the family as well. I don’t wish anyone needing these services but if you do they will get you where you need to be. Thank you."
"Generally very professional and discrete (and affordable) with regard to handling my Mom, although I hope I never need them again (!). There were two issues. I used my phone to sign the cremation documents. I couldn't find a way to "correct" the form (I had unfortunately given slightly incorrect information about my Mom's birthplace). So I replied to the Docusign email with the correction. I also called the office and told the woman who answered to make sure it was corrected. (It wasn't corrected, and the death certificate now has the wrong information. Ugh.) Also, my brother thought the email with documents was coming from me, not the company (or so he says). The company didn't call to tell me that he hadn't signed until almost two weeks after the documents were sent. After clearing up the confusion of my brother, it took ANOTHER two weeks to be able to pick up my Mom's ashes and the (incorrect!) death certificates. Why was she not moved to the front of the line? Finally (a third issue), the office on Colonial in Fort Myers is near impossible to find. The signs in the complex are faded and hard to read. Be sure to find Building B (closest to Colonial)."
"My brother-in-law passed earlier this month and Lee County Cremation Services was recommended for a simple cremation. The process was smooth and without any pressure you find sometimes at other funeral homes. Linda the Funeral Director explained everything in simple terms and worked diligently to make certain everything was completed to our satisfaction . I would highly recommend this place for any funeral needs."
"My dear husband , MaxE Ross passed away 6/9/13 at Hope Hospice. I then retained Lee County Crematorium, which was the worst experience of my life. When I went to the office 9:00 AM, to make arrangements, there was a sign on the door, to return at 11:30 AM. I was never told that they made appointments...I assumed they had a full time staff. The staff consists of one woman Linda Fuller, who runs between 3 crematoriums, making promises to call back, but never does. I received a call Monday 6/17/13, stating that my husbands ashes would be delivered early afternoon Tuesday 6/18/13 at 1 PM I was busy and then realized it was past five PM, and proceeded to call as to why I wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery, or at the very least a courtesy call stating that a delivery would not be possible. I was then promised a delivery between 7 and 9 am, today 6/19/13. I got up with no sleep, 9 AM ..no delivery. I proceeded to call Linda Fuller., telling her how upset I was and she hung up on me!! I intend to see that this company loses their license. I retained an attorney late yesterday NEVER AGAIN SHOULD THIS HAPPEN TO SOMEONE IN MOURNING. PLEASE DO NOT RETAIN THIS COMPANY..YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET IT AS I DO SHAME ON LEE COUNTY CREMATORIUM, FOR THEIR ABOMINABLE BEHAVIOR!!!!. JEAN ROSS"
