"Everything about this facility is A+ starting with the manager Ann. She is very knowledgeable about the company and it's processes. She was very hospitable & professional, and she thoroughly explained everything about the facility and lease agreement. She was always very pleasant when I saw her on the grounds and keeps the property very clean and fresh , I've personally seen her cleaning & mopping even though she looked exhausted. She also does her best to ensure everything is in working order. Upon my move out today, she was by herself in the office checking in other customers, but briefly told me not to worry, she would be doing a walk through before she closed at 5p and ensured that she will make sure my account was closed, that was about 420p. At 451p I received a text from Ann and an email confirmation of my account closure.
