"When Marc Comisar took our listing he promised to stay in touch on a regular basis. This did not happen, I almost always had to contact him. Domain Realty Group his company never showed our house in the 90 days it was listed. It was only shown 4 times and always by other realtors. He had no solutions to our lack of showings. Our property is in an upscale community Shadow Wood Preserve and I am a licensed Interior Designer and our house is remodeled with all new custom cabinetry and shows very well. We asked to terminate our agreement so we could take it off the market and let it rest until Fall when snow birds come back. Once we said we wanted to do that he became quite belligerent and insisted we pay all his expenses to date including a wooden sign with his name on it. I asked for the itemized list of expenses which included printed materials we never had on display at our house or saw. This list included the wooden for sale sign, which he kept! I realize that as part of the contract it says the realtor may recoup his costs but in all my 50 years of experience I have never seen a realtor do this. It is very bad PR. Today we wrote Domain Realty a check for $1073.00 dollars otherwise he would not take our house off the market even though we had signed the termination agreement. SELLER BE WARE, it is Marc's way or else!"
