They are slow, long wait times, take forever to process anything, really don't care about any of what's happening or the stress/hardships on the people all under the guise of "we are here to help"! But, while hiding behind the unspoken "we are the government, we do what we want and you can't do anything about it" regardless of how negatively it impacts its citizens, who btw, pay their paychecks. General disregard and even contempt for the citizens that pay their bills. Terrible."
