"Just got my notice of a 40% increase after 6mo of rental. I wish I could get a 40% raise. They pass theme off as a Christian business buy this doesn't seem very Christian like. Of course, every storage place I've ever used make big increases after a short period of time. So really , not much different than any other storage place."

"I feel completely taken advantage of!!!! When we were getting ready to move out on 9/1/23 we called the Burnt Store location to clarify the process. We were paid up until 9/20 and 9/28 for our units. We were told on the phone that we would get a credit for the days remaining after we moved out so we hustled and moved our stuff out quickly. We were told 7-10 days after we were out that we would get the remaining balance back. Well, on 9/27 still didn’t have a response so I called and talked to Jim. Guess what?!?!?! The had immediately rented out the units after we left and they are NOT refunding the remainder of our rent. Lied to us to have us move out quickly so they could double up on the rent. I did call corporate and they pushed me back to good ol Jim. COMPLETELY DECEPTIVE PRACTICE. BAD BUSINESS. We would have kept our units until the end and moved out slowly as we had planned. I’d drive 20 miles for a unit before ever going there again."
