"My 70 year old parents rented the same house for 25 years. They kept up the place, fixed things, and never missed a rent payment. When the current owner sold to Luis Barrantes, he asked them to leave my parents alone. They are the best tenants he's ever had. Luis said they would be fine. However, shortly after they were told they could buy the home for $200,000 CASH or get out. 30 days later they were being kicked out of their home and forced to move in with me (their daughter and my family) because Luis said the house was sold. The house sat vacant for months. It is still vacant and it's been 5 months. Do not trust Luis. He in only out for himself. This was no way to treat our senior citizens and veterans."
