"Construction in the rear all day. Paving the parking lot, forcing a street park. Decor unconventional and unnecessary. Horribly uncomfortable king. My stay will pay for your comfort since they paved the parking lot during our stay. Forced us to walk out to street parking. Place is right across from the beach…the only positive. You can do better."

"Unit 209. A great value for the area. the unit shows a bit of age, but nothing to be upset about. lots of closet space and a large dresser. well outfitted with a random collection of beach supplies and good amount of cookware. The pool and surrounding areas were very well kept. I would like to see the doors upgraded to deadbolt locks. We will visit this spot again!"

"Don’t book Unit 209. Review for Unit 209 specifically. Very dirty unit. Tired, beat up furnishings. Refrigerator had ground in black grime on handle and front. Worn out linens. Only 3 old beach towels. Dirt, dust, hair all around the perimeter of the tile floor. Picked up rug at the foot of the bed and was thick layer of dirt. Floor mat at kitchen sink was black. Feet were black if walking barefoot. Mold on side of bathroom vanity. Dresser in bedroom was beat up. Pillows on couch and chairs were filthy dirty. Couch/bed was dirty and uncomfortable. Spent $20 in cleaning supplies and Saturday night/Sunday morning cleaning. Not a great way to start a vacation. Reported to office, they said they’d pass on to owner. Also emailed after I returned home asking to let me know after owner was contacted and never heard back. This is the 3rd unit we’ve stayed in and by far the worst. The other units had some outdated furnishings but were clean and had good linens and beach towels. Pool and grounds are great. The people who stay there are friendly. Great location. 4 stars if only reviewing that."

"Great location, Awesome weather, room was good, pool was nice, beer was cold, beach was amazing. What more could you ask for after driving 1600 miles from snow and ice,. Had a good trip and are heading back in 2023 with the Bwoot family"

"I had a great time here. Room was clean and had everything we needed. I loved how close the room was to Lido Beach- just across the street! Great pool as well. Overall, it’s a very relaxing place and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway!"
