"I loved renting from Invest Prop. I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex from them for two years. Steve or Amie was always available for everything we needed. The place was clean when we moved in, and we got our deposit back when we're moved out. Everytime we needed something fixed it was done quickly and it was done right. And in our two years there, the rent was never raised (even when almost everyone my wife and I knew were having their rent raised.)"

"This company gives property management companies a bad rep. My boyfriend and cousin were looking to rent and made the mistake of signing a contract with this company. It is very true that before you sign the contract the communication is strong but after... days to answer texts and my boyfriend had to go into the office to get questions answered. They do NOT care about the tenants and if something is broken or is about to be broken you may as well fix it yourself. Upon moving in we were told a cleaning service would be coming in and it was very clear that there was none because it wasn’t swept or wiped down. This experience was stressful and regretted as soon as they moved in. They ended up breaking their lease early (as allowed with notice in the contract) but that didn’t matter because she found a way to keep the entire security deposit without caring about taking advantage of 2 young men who made the choice to trust this company as their first rental."

"I signed a contract for this company to rent my property (a small house). Aimee was very enthusiastic about the property, diligent in answering my questions, and quick to bring the contract. However once the contract was signed, communication went south. I was very clear about my pet policy and yet the first potential renter she brought me was someone with 2 large dogs. The next possible candidate was someone with 4 birds. After 6 weeks she emailed to tell me I needed to drop my price. She took over 1 week or more to answer my emails. Don't waste your time on this company."

"I agree completely with the first poster. InVest Prop Inc. is a complete slum lord origination. The unit I am currently in has very bad electric. all of the light switches are failing, the house is infested with black mold my entire family is coughing up goo every morning when we wake up. This is not to mention the fact that InVest prop will randomly add unsubstantiated charges to your rent when ever they feel like it. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAUGE!"
