Welcome to the Olga Community Center, a cherished historic landmark nestled in the heart of Fort Myers, Florida. Located at 2325 South Olga Drive, our center has been a cornerstone of community life since its establishment in 1927. Originally serving as a schoolhouse, the building has gracefully transitioned over the decades to become a vibrant hub for local gatherings and events.
Our facility boasts a charming small park area equipped with a playground, pavilion, picnic tables, a grill, and outdoor restrooms, all available on a first come, first served basis. Whether you're planning a wedding reception, baby shower, family reunion, or birthday party, our community center offers the perfect venue for your special occasion. Please remember to keep all motorized vehicles off the grass to maintain the beauty of our grounds.
For reservations, please contact Becca Wemer at (239) 922-4219 or email bwemer@leegov.com, Monday through Friday. Kindly note that our parking lot will be temporarily closed from Friday, August 23, 2024, due to a pavement resurfacing project. We expect to reopen by Monday, September 2, 2024.
Steeped in history, the Olga Community Center underwent a comprehensive historic renovation in 2008, restoring its original 1930s charm with new flooring and windows. The adjoining Olga Community Park, once the playground of the Olga Community School, continues to serve as a beloved outdoor space for residents, with a playground installed in Spring 2007.

"This is a great place! Especially for summer camp, the staff that we have been lucky to have seen and gotten to know over the last two years with mr. James both Misty's at all the rest are fabulous and take care of your children just as if they were your own. We feel honored to be able to have some people as nice as they are and in a historic building that is so clean and well taken care of. The park is attached to this is an amazing little place that offers just enough space for the local families to be able to take their kids out in a safe neighborhood."
