"Peter and Frank came out to see our house. They made an offer which my husband turned down. They finally came within $5000 of what my husband wanted, so he accepted. After that they kept trying to get price down. They waited until two weeks before closing to tell us they could only go through with it if we dropped price $10,000. We already had storage rented and I had been packing ( I’m also on disability because of a bad back so packing isn’t easy for me). They thought they could get us to drop price by waiting until last minute. We were lucky, our house is paid for so we didn’t have to sell. We will find someone who is interested in our house and sell when we’re ready! Would not trust this company! Update: now we can’t get our earnest money! This company is a scam!"
