"I recently purchased a house, and unfortunately, my experience with the agent representing the sellers was less than satisfactory. Communication was severely lacking, with messages often ignored, leaving important matters unresolved. Furthermore, despite the agent's disagreement with the diagnosis provided by the leak detector, which they deemed incorrect, a refund for the $250 paid for the service has still not been issued, even after nearly two months. The agent's unprofessional behavior, including expressing displeasure at refunding us, reflects poorly on their credibility and trustworthiness. Overall, I cannot recommend their services based on this disappointing experience."

"Eric is certainly knowledgeable about real state, but, he is quite scattered in his communications. We are trying to move here from 2000 miles away, and have limited time to look. Every email from him (several every day) is like the very first time we have communicated. Not a single email thread to follow, but 100. And every one is full of his referrals and reviews, as if he is still trying to market his services to us. Each time we have communicated, it’s as if we have never spoken before.
