"I called their office twice to get some information about a commercial real estate property they have listed for sale as I was interested to buy the property and I was told that the assigned agent will call me back with the information I was requesting. I also called and texted the listing agent directly. But they never returned my phone calls. They could have simply called back and denied the request for information or could have said that it is already under contract. But you don’t just ignore multiple attempts of reaching them because that makes you look very unprofessional. The only reason I am giving one star is because patty( receptionist) was very professional when she answered the phone. I am in business too and I believe staying professional & courteous keeps you in business for a long time."
