"Paid for same day service wash and fold and they shrunk and stained my clothes and a 5 year old could’ve done a better job folding it, nothing was wearable wrinkled beyond imagination my golf polos we’re even wrinkled too bad to wear, don’t believe me see the pics on this review. When we brought everything back to the location, there was not a manager or supervisor working at 9 am on Friday so the counter help called whomever on the phone and told us that nothing can be done until the supervisor/manager arrives later this afternoon."
