"The worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had- and the customer service is no better. Had my apartment cleaned and was quoted a 2hr job, would be refunded money back if she was done sooner. She came and was in and out in much less than that- no problem, as long as the work was done. It was not. They leave a “49 point checklist” behind every job to show everything they “cleaned” and there were many things checked off that hadn’t even been touched and things that are common sense to clean like ceiling fans to dust that weren’t checked off nor cleaned. I found dust everywhere, Cobwebs, it’s like she skipped the kitchen all together, parts of the home where a mop or broom weren’t touched by, and for the price I paid and how early she left I was shocked. I called the company within the hour to complain and sent them photos via email to show my case and complaint and was told they’d view them and would call me back with a plan to rectify the situation. Never heard back the rest of the day. Flash forward to the next day (I had requested they come the day they did because the following day I was on a plane to be out of town for a week and I like to come home to a clean house) and I get off my flight to a voicemail from the company saying the maid was waiting outside my house to be let in to clean. I was shocked and angered- they never cleared this with me? They never called to ask what day would be good or a time? They never called at all- just sent someone to my house, as if people don’t work or have a life and are sitting home available all day. They never did anything after that. I will tell everyone and anyone who Listens; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save the money and the headache and use anyone else. Very unprofessional, very dirty."
