I was told they would be fixed at no cost, only to be (rudely) told at pick up I would be charged for the second alteration because of the length of time since the first. So now I’ve given them $32.86 for hemming a pair of pants that I had to pin myself. Next time I’ll take my business elsewhere."

"Recently took 4 shirts to be cleaned. When I picked up the shirts, the charge was $23. When I inquired about details I was told 3 shirts were cotton and charged was approx. $4. The Vineyard Vine shirt was $11 because it was a blend of materials and required dry cleaning. In reality, the shirt is 98% cotton and 2% spandex . I have had these shirts laundered before and no issue. Also one of the other shirts that they laundered was a Vineyard Vine and looks great. Gauging at its finest. Will not go back."
