"Our condo association just had new Speed Queen washers and dryers installed our building. Our technicians Mike and Ernest were prompt, professional and knowledgeable with the transition. Mike has been to our building to service the previous machines before so I knew of his expertise. Ernest was the technician who installed the SmartCard system and helped me navigate setting up my personal account and helpingthe other owners with any questions. "Suspicious $25 charge showed linked to my debit card. From C & G Laundry Kiosk Manakin Sabot VA. I live in Florida. Google search shows 39 users marked cc charge suspicious related to this address. Kiosk in my apartment building (in Florida) is most likely the debit card theft source. Company is one big SCAM! Would give zero stars if possible."

"Wouldnt even give them a one star review. Previous owners had a contract signed and as new owners we made multiple calls to terminate the contract we never signed and it was never communicated to the appropriate people and the contract was renewed without our consent and without our signatures. Horrible customer service experience. For 4 years we have called multiple times to let them know we did not want to renew and they still did. After using our space and utilities and making over $200 in sales we only received $20-$30 from that. They are not worth anything, the machines are always breaking down and eating the quarters. DO NOT RENT anything from these people. They are crooks and thieves and will just take your money."
