"I called ahead spoke with Robin to get a price on pressing only of two cotton sundresses . She quoted me 7.75 each . She explained if I went to the other location I could get it back faster . When I went into the location by Costco I was greeted with the gal there knowing and said she was waiting for me . Robin had given me the wrong price and it would be 12.00 each . No apologies at all . I called Robin back asking for the owner and to leave a message instead she hung up on me . Customer service is gone it is so sad prices doubling and rude to boot ."

I read some of the reviews and yeah, around the time of Ian people were bringing in hundreds of pieces of clothing, and it did get a little confusing, and quite naturally, there was a turnover in staff because a lot of the people had to move due to Ian. Some people were very sympathetic and understanding and other people did not care apparently they suffered no loss therfore not able to be empathic."
"Brought a pair if pants and two sleeveless shirts. I had a stain on the pants. Took a few days to dry clean Paid $30!!! Insane prices and stain was still there!! Took the pants and 2 sleeveless shirts to Tide drug cleaning. $19 and the stain was removed! Never again!"
"I've taken my husband's shirts here for over a year and there was always a nice older lady and younger lady in there. I didn't take his shirts for a month due to him not wearing the shirts he usually needs done, and I come back and there's all new people. They were fine to begin with and lately they can't find the shirts when I come in or I get told they 're not done. Or they try to give me another shirt that isn't my husband's. I gave it another try and they couldn't find my husband's shirts when I gave them 2 and a half days to do it and I get told there not done again. Very disappointing. I don't know where the old staff went but they need to come back.... this staff does not what they are doing at all."
