"They did a wonderful job. Our Grandson had a urine accident on the rug. I tried to clean with club soda and only made it worse. It changed the texture. Azar removed the stain and restored the texture. They showed up when they said they would. Called to say they wanted to keep the rug to try another product on it to perfect the look. Delivered and charged the quoted price - even with the extra effort they put into it. They also cleaned a neighbors rug - blood and urine - their lab dog was passing away - and the rug was also done perfectly. Bottom line - great work, fair pricing and very nice people. Plus they picked up and delivered the rug."

"Stiffed me twice! Day of pickup they gave me a four hour window. An hour after that window passed, I called, was told, "I'm sorry they are stuck on Sanibel Island. They won't make it today." Sounded almost rehearest like this one is used a lot. So, five hours wasted. Now this is where I made my mistake, I gave them a second chance. They came at the prescribed time to pick up the rug. They called to set up a time to bring the rug back. We agreed on noon to five but that was firm as I had to leave at 5 for a previous engagement. 5pm was firm, they agreed. 4:45 I get the call they can't make it by 5pm. Bottom line 10 of my hours wasted waiting for them to show up. Again, I admit this was my fault for giving them a second chance. Don't make my mistake, call someone else."

"From the moment I called, the office manager was of the utmost consummate professional. I wasn't educated on rug cleaning, she spoke to me for about 30 minutes explaining the correct way to clean area rugs. It's a very lengthy and labor intensive process, further it must be done correctly due to the different types of material used for making the rug. When our rugs went to the showroom they were beginning to look matted and these weren't cheap rugs by any means. When we received them back, the rugs looked nearly new again! "Fifty years ago I bought a 3'x 5' Persian rug at a garage sale and have enjoyed it in my home for all these years. Recently my dog wasn't feeling well and left a good-sized stain on the rug. I tried desperately to remove it by various known methods and even tried to cover it up - all without success! I was heartbroken over the damage and finally realized that I needed help from a professional cleaning company. Going online, I was impressed with one in particular.
