"I went to royal cleaners this afternoon to drop off my pair of pants and a shirt to be dry cleaned. They told me it would be ready a week from today. Terrible customer service. Went somewhere else and I will have my dry cleaning by tomorrow afternoon!!!!!"

"Very rude and rushed(like im just a number)customer service when dropping off an item to be dry cleaned. Very disorganized and left without any ticket or anything to claim my clothing when they were ready. Came to pick up my item-they almost couldnt find it on their racks because she spelled my name wrong. I just so happened to be having a Class A uniform for LCSO dry cleaned that had recently been worn to the officers funeral. I asked if they by chance have any discounts for officers...i was told they didnt care if its police, fire, military, or anybody else-absolutely not. I will forever take my business elsewhere and steer everybody far from this "local family business"."

"Avoid this place at all cost! This is the first time I have ever written a review. I felt the need to express the poor customer service they have provided and hope this does not happen to you. I had mentioned and pointed out an ink stain on one of my pant leg to the worker. She replies that she will take care of it. I then returned the next day to pick it up (granted I failed to double check their work at time of pickup). The next day when wearing my pants, I found out that they failed to remove the stain. I returned a few days later explaining that they forgot to remove the stain. Again, the lady tells me that they will take care of it and have it ready for pickup the same day. I returned and the stain has been removed, but charged me again for my pants. Despite that this was their error, they felt the need to still charge me . I explained to the worker that I am loyal customer of theirs and gave much business to them. She still did not care of what I had to say and still wanted to charge me. Needless to say, I will have to provide business somewhere else."

"This place is wonderful! They got the gum out of my very favorite shorts and for such a reasonable price! It was a steal! They were pressed and cleaned perfectly, too. The employees are friendly, and I got to meet the owner who is also very nice. I recommend this dry cleaners for sure!"

"The best of the best! A family-run business who does the cleaning on-site. No request is too difficult and they'll know you by name after just a few visits. This is the way all businesses should be run!"
