"Don’t waste your time or money coming to Cape Laundromat !!! “Out of Order” on many washers/dryers, AND…ALL 3 of the change machines. No staff onsite. No AC. We washed two loads for $$$ and then decided to pack up our wet clothes and go find a decent laundromat. Two other couples came in with their laundry as we were packing up to leave. We went over to High Tech Laundromat on DelPrado. Staff there were so nice and helpful. Clean, All working W&D, change machines, AC, Music, TV - all this and cost us less! As we were doing our laundry, the same two couples that walked into Cape Laundromat had also come over to High Tech Laundromat. Obviously they were unhappy with what they encountered there also. 5++ Stars for High Tech Laundromat!!"

"That laundromat does not even deserve one star. I paid $6 for a load but return the cloths not wash soak with water and soap. No one to talk about the issue."

"I used 3 dryers, $.25 per 5 mins, and 2 of them never got hot. My clothes didn't dry despite putting in an excess of quarters...I was leaving them and coming back so I didn't want to take the chance .mistake on my part! I wound up having to sit through another 35 mins of drying in the one dryer I knew worked. Luckily they are 24 hours. So I gave them an extra star. Honestly, the prices are high( just a little) compared to other places, and REALLY high considering the machines don't work properly! They also have no ATM but they do have quarter machines. The drink and snack machines do not work and the bathrooms aren't available after the workers leave for the day. It has very little parking ,but there is a convenience store next to it. The parking lot allows you to see your car from inside and vice versa...that's nice. It was also pretty cool unlike some places where you sweat while folding but...that's probably because there's no heat coming from most of the dryers! I'm sure once you get used to it you learn which machines to avoid. I'm just being honest.i hate giving bad reviews and probably wouldn't have if the prices weren't also on the high side. There are no washers under $6 at least not working, and at $.25 per 5 mins with no heat...they are in need of improvement. Fix the dryers or make it 10 mins or something. The one dryer that I used that did heat worked great and my clothes were dry before my time was up. I think I put in $2. It wound up costing me about $30 for 3 loads in the smallest washers! That's definitely high! I believe I could have had it done for me by another place for that price"

"This small South Cape laundromat offers a variety of machines. You can only use restroom facilities while an attendant is present but I imagine that is for safety. The machines all seem to be in good working order and the attendant was helpful when I wasn't sure on how to work a machine. There is some seating while you wait. There are 3 change machines that work with $1, $5, $10 & $20 I've used this laundromat several times and had no issues. No Frills, No Thrills but it is reliable"
