"Not only did they not inform me how long it would take to wash my clothes. Had to call 3 times and beg for a return call. When I called and the girl put me on hold she forgot to press mute, and said to the manager some annoying customer on the phone bitching again. So unbelievably rude I went and picked up my clothes within the hour and didn't even have them wash them after having them an entire week already."
