"Excellent service for me. Would use again. The guy who runs it (maybe the owner?) is super nice. Gave me a timeline, told me to call that day. It wasn't in yet. I called back the next day and it " hadn't come in on the truck yet" but that he would call me when it did. He did and it saved me a bunch of time. Location can be difficult to get in if not from the area. Set gps to enter parking lot at back entrance."

"More expensive and slower than our usual dry cleaning company but more convenient location, so thought we would them out. .Lost a button on suit jacket and clothes do NOT look pressed/starched. Still wrinkles on dress shirts! Found some kind of powder stain on a shirt. First time using them- never again!"

"Ruined a brand new Lilly Pulitzer dress that was worn one time. Came in and picked up all other items, and then later realized a dress was missing. They never called to say that item was ruined; just hoped that it would be forgotten about. When a call was placed to them to inquire about the last missing item, was told that it was damaged beyond repair - ruined with a massive hole in it. All that was offered was a $50 credit to the cleaner. WHY in the WORLD would a $50 credit, to a place we will never ever go to again, be the solution presented? Larry - the Owner - was extremely condescending, and kept telling me that the item was already ruined (as if people bring clean clothing into the dry CLEANER to be CLEANED). Yes, the dress did have a wine stain on it when it was dropped off - but after they got their hands on it, it left a MASSIVE HOLE. How is that comparable? He said that he'll only ever give a $50 credit - likely because he cannot afford to pay out $50 cash for all of the items that they damage. Their customer service = poor management = poor work quality = poor Save your money, and your items from ruin, and find somewhere else to go."

"Do not use this Dry cleaner, unless you want your buttons torn off, shirts stamped with some type of ink seal and very poorly cleaned. 2 shirts ruined and every trip has at least 1 button removed from brand new shirts. When we politely brought this to the attention of workers was told, not their problem. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Used them for a year gave them multiple chances and repeatedly nothing improved. Moving on and taking my business elsewhere, recommend you do the same!"

Bad service, nasty counter person who likes to argue, disorganized, tried to charge me twice, would not take responsibility for screwing up my order, didn't have my order ready on time (had to wait 25 minutes for them to find my clothes and package them up). Nasty place. Asked the owner to call me; never heard from him (Larry). Too many other choices in dry cleaners to settle for dealing with this place."
