Busy Mamas Laundry

"Just in the 2 hours I was there doing 1 load my washer and another couple (2 of the 5 people) had a washer display no h2o after the load started. Mine said it within 5 minutes. The attendant who doesn’t speak English hopped on it and looked behind it. He just said sorry and pointed to the phone number on the wall. He didn’t even put an out of order sign on the machine (I did). I called and left a message but of course I didn’t get a call back. $3.75 but more importantly time wasted. The attendant sits outside and watches the cameras on his phone. He came back in and gave me a dirty look because of the wet mess I made in the floor moving my load from the broken washer to another. What was I supposed to do? Middle finger to this place and management. Just noticed a responses from the owner. It comes as no surprise they wouldn't accept any responsibility and tell me I'm not welcome after leaving a bad review. I guess it also shows their ignorance (probably stupidity but I'm feeling nice today) in not welcoming me back. How many people that leave a poor review ever intend on coming back? The bad review is to warn others. I have no intentions of every giving you my business."

"All new washers and dryers, four sizes of washing machines from two to ten loads! Clean as a whistle! Change machines for ones, fives & tens, attendant always present. And last but not least, vending machines with beverages, snacks, laundry soap & dryer sheets. Bonus, CLEAN restroom!"

"had to File a police report against them for thief! paid via their app for a machine - pay range (their app). soon to realize the machine wasn't working.. notified the employee on duty that the machine wouldn’t work. the employees all acted as the next guy was the manager but all denyed being the manager and refused to refund the $7. they then placed a sign on the machine stating “no coins pay with PayRange” WHATT??? they did eventually give back the $7 but the employee then started making threats about us “Getting it” . If we crossed his line… police report filed and we will not be returning. Employees making threats over $7 is crazy!"

"11am on a weekend and the place was busy with their workers and a few folks doing their own laundry. I was able to feed a $20 into a machine and make a LOT of change. Thankfully, someone else needed quarters and I sold a few of them back to that couple. The washer worked well and I had one very full load. Clean clothes and when the spin cycle completed, it was only moist. Fine to put into the dryers. I took two and after 20 minutes, my stuff was dry enough that I was good to go. There is a restroom that was decently clean and a reasonable amount of space for folding. There are some seats where you can watch your stuff and they have some power outlets nearby to keep your phone charged. I would do laundry here again."

"Clean and machines work well. Machines use quarters and there are change machines on site that take cash only. Vending machine has snacks and detergents for sale. We are in town for a bit, so we will use them again."
