"I took a men's suit to be dry cleaned and honestly, they did a horrible job, better yet, they charged me the full amount in order for me to take it some place else. The general manage did not take any responsibilities and if you want to have any of your clothes treated on any spots, they won't do it and they said they do. I will not recommend this place at all. I want to save you a trip. Take it some place else. I am very disappoint the way they run this business. Another fellow was there in front of me trying to dispute about his Tommy Bahama golf shirts that were damaged and he still have to pay in order to get them but the service was horrendous."

"Have used this cleaner for several years. Although they were consistently unfriendly and almost rude, they did a reasonably good job of cleaning and they were very convenient to where we live in Buckingham. My wife and I both wear uniforms that must be cleaned and pressed. Additionally, we clean and press our everyday clothes to a great extent. My wife needed her uniform jacket cleaned and it was guaranteed to be returned by Friday as she was leaving the country Sunday. Friday she went by to pick it up and they didn’t have it but said it would be there Saturday,. She went by Saturday and they said it wasn’t there but would be there by closing (6:00PM). She reiterated that she had to have the jacket for her uniform before she left Sunday. They reassured her that it would be there before closing. We decided to eat dinner nearby (same shopping center) with my mother-in-law . On the way there I stopped (about 4:45) to pick up the jacket. It still was not there. I was told it was on the truck and on the way there. I again explained that it was critical that we were able to pick it up, once again I was reassured it would be there so stop by at closing. We met for dinner in the same shopping center. I got up from our dinner and went to pick up her jacket at 5:55. I was told it hadn’t made it, that it was on the truck but the driver had already gone home and I could pick it up Monday. . I asked if she was gonna pick it up or have someone else bring it to her store, she told me she couldn’t, they closed at 6:00. I suggested that she get an UBER or something because she had to have the jacket. Not so much as an apology, she just said she couldn’t do that. I told her that we would never use them again if she couldn’t resolve this and get the jacket to me before my wife left RSW the following afternoon. She told me she was closed. Sunday. We had to buy a new jacket and pay to have It overnighted to her office in White Planes NY with a 1 hour window to pick it up before her had to meet her flight crew and fly to London. I picked the jacket up the next week and will never return, Their unwillingness to follow through on a commitment to a customer probably cost them $350-$400 a month."

"This place just flat out lies. I moved to a new neighborhood and went to this drycleaner. I had 11 shirts that they charge me $46 to drive. I have been getting my workshirts dry cleaned for nine years and have never been charged this much. I asked why they charge it for two dollars more than my previous place. They said because my shirt have to be hand pressed which they have been dry cleaned for years with no isssues but now all of a sudden they are special shirts from Van Heusen. Do not trust them as they will rip you off. 11 shirts at my old plaave is $24. Unreal. I will NEVER return and will drive a liTtle further to get mmh shirts done."

"We dropped a comforter off over a year ago to be cleaned. When we went to pick up it had been cleaned improperly and , although almost new, many threads had been damaged or cut. Despite having a receipt documenting the date and amount spent all they would do was offer to give us a comforter a prior customer had never picked up. Poor cleaning and even worse customer service. We will never go back."

"I can not even rate this cleaners. I thought because of the area and the services of every other business in the plaza has always been excellent that I would receive the same services here. I dropped off my dress to be hand washed and ironed on Wed 6/8/16 and was told that my dress would be ready on 6/11/16. My dress could not be found and I told the young man that I was leaving for Kississmee for an extended period and that I needed this dress for a wedding and he told me that he would mail it to me. To my astonishment the dress was mailed to me in a manila envelope and I received it on 6/18/16. I am soooooo upset right now that I am fuming. I would never recommend nor use this facility!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service has really gone to hell with gasoline undies on. How could anyone think that this was good service. I am a firm believer that you treat others the way you want to be treated as well as what goes around will come around. I don't wish any negative on anyone however this business will surely fail if you continue to give horrible service as you gave me."
