"Be prepared to spend more then you intended to do your laundry. Most of the machines don't work. There's nowhere to complaint and get your money back. I just lost $4 on a large machine and this will be the last time I use this laundry. It's not the first time I've had issues. I was using it because it's very close to my apt, but at this point. It's worth going somewhere a bit further not to waste money."

"Machines NEVER work you have to go in knowing you may lose some money. When you call the number on google they don’t answer and if you call repeatedly they answer VERY rudely. And hang up on you. I really want to sit here until it’s closing time and beat up whoever comes to lock the door. HORRIBLE. Went out of order after all of my clothes were wet."

"Wow what a hell hole... over priced, filthy, and horrible owner. Homeless sanctuary too as they will panhandle you like you spit quarters here.... One time I went in and their was 3 shopping carts full of clothes left from a homeless person and the owner was there about to throw them out asking me if It was my clothes.... Before that I remember he came in to sweep the filthy place when I was alone, like a way to show me he is watching... as he literally started sweeping under my feet and asking me how my day was going as I had 2 air pods in and playing my Switch. I don't care if the owner knocks on my door tmw and offers me a lifetime of free laundry, I'm never coming here and I would only send people I hate to go here...."

"Half the washing machines are broken no one will come and fix them. Some will simply eat your money... If you're lucky enough to get somebody to come it takes hours. The dryers are a quarter for 5 minutes and after you press hot it'll go on gentle heat. Rip off. Also rather dirty."

"This was the worst laundromat I have ever used! It was 120° inside today, with their "AC" on! I had 7 loads. Four of the 7 machines failed to start after loading, adding soap and payment. I had to go next door for help. Eventually, a woman came and reset the machines, but my loads from the working machines were ready to dry before the other machines were started. There is no bathroom, no sink, no change machine. There are only 2 laundry carts. About 1/3 of the machines are labeled out of order. The dryers are wildly inconsistent both in time and temperature. I spent more drying than on the $6.50 washing machines. It was SO HOT that I took my clothes home to fold them. There are lots of better choices in the neighborhood."
