"When I when to drop my shirts off on 12-21-23 that I always thought would be the same day since it was 7:30am the lady stated I was incorrect, that my laundry would not be ready until 12-27-23! She stated this was your policy there was no written notice or email stating this, she when on and told be I could take my laundry somewhere else. I always find it interesting when I'm paying for a service and the person attitude is not how to be part of the solution but part of the problem. I left the shirts because I wanted to take use the discounted coupons and had no time to have a negative conversation with a person telling me my down fall in using Sun Country Cleaners. "They advertise same day service; dropped my clothes off at 7am this past Mon, weren’t ready until next day after 5pm. Then when I went to pick them up, not all pieces were there. Friendly service, great location from my place, prices for dry cleaning pants way more than shirts, prices overall appear expensive for dry cleaning. As a suggestion, offer a spin the wheel and pay the price rate like some other cleaners do. (.99 shirts etc) They accidentally got some stain on my dress shirt and management gave me a credit for cleaning when I told her what the shirt cost on average.I appreciated her taking my word. Rather would have received cash to buy another, but that was fine. Drive through service is great with no wait time usually."
