"Terrible service. Ordered my mom flowers for Mother's Day, order confirmed multiple times that they would be delivered ON mother's day. Then the confirmation email Mother's day afternoon saying they had been "Hand-delivered". That email was a lie. No flowers for Mother's day. Tried calling, no answer. E-mailed, no answer. Texted the number....got a bogus reply about all orders mother's day week being "flex-delivery" despite ZERO mention of this anywhere on the website or order confirmation....and if this was true, why send me the false email on the day they were supposed to be delivered confirming that they had been?!? They showed up on Tuesday. Two days late. Apparently all orders are flex delivery, some other poor lady apparently didn't get her birthday flowers.... Do NOT order from this place if you actually expect to receive your flowers by the promised date."

"Listen if I could this place an actual review I am here to tell you that this place would get zero out of five stars. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mothers condo on mother's day because I live out of the state and said you know lets try a local business to support. Found Grady's Flower Market which wasn't terribly far from my mothers. Fast forward to Saturday ( May 13, 2023) I received a confirmation email stating a delivery has taken place on Sunday ( May 14, 2023). Unless Grady's Flower Market has found a way to time travel that noone else knows how to then yes they went into the future to deliver the order. I called Saturday left a voicemail regarding the matter. No response. Sunday(Today) comes along and I figured maybe they would call me back or maybe they would deliver the flowers as previously paid for and arranged. Well it is now 5:00 Pm and no flowers were delivered. Around 2:03 pm on Sunday I left another voicemail, surprise surprise no response. Until 4:35 pm. which came not in the form of a call but a Text message .. which stated "All orders the week of Mother's day and week after are on flex delivery. We apologize if yours has not made it yet. I assure you we are working hard to fill every order. We appreciate your patience." Lets be real here I would not of mind if I knew going into this that yes this would of been a flex delivery, but that's not what I paid for. I paid for the order to be delivered on the day chosen and received a text rather than a phone call stating why promises were made but not kept. I know going into the future that I would not choose Gradys Flower Market for any of my future orders. Furthermore I will be advising relatives and family members to avoid Grady's Flower Market. In life first impressions matter and saying you are going to do something and not do it matter. With that being said scoring Gradys I would have to give them a negative -5/5 stars so if google can please reflect the rating accordingly I would be happy."

"It was our first time using this flower shop. I would give them 0 starts, if I could. The flowers were delivered 1 day late. We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday, and our order receipt clearly stated that we wanted the flowers to be delivered on Sunday (03/05/23), not on Monday (03/06/23; 1 day late). We were very disappointed. Furthermore, there is no way to contact them. The phone calls are always forwarded to an automatic voice messaging system, and the mailbox is full. We tried to call them twice on Saturday (03/04; the day we placed the order) to verify they got the order. Then we tried to call them several times on Sunday (03/05) to find out why the flowers had not been delivered. And, finally, we tried to call them twice on Monday (03/06/23) to complain about the late delivery. In 20 years of ordering flowers online, domestically and oversees, this is the first time a business does not fulfil what is promised and, worse yet, there is no way to contact them. The bottom line is that Grady's Flower Market is unreliable. I do not recommend them."
