I was not disappointed. The person I spoke with was very professional and courteous as she assisted me in my selection of flowers. I received notification when the flowers were delivered. Several photos of the beautiful arrangement were included. My girlfriend was surprised and raved about the beauty of the flowers as well as the creativity in the arrangement.
