"New owners and it shows! The place is clean, has new A/C, the vending machines are fully stocked and all the machines are in good operating order. The previous owner really let it go downhill but the new owners are taking pride in their establishment. Highly recommend."

"Always clean and machines are almost never out of order. The lady the works here is very nice. Down side is there are only 2 laundry carts and one is pretty messed up. With 30 washers in the place way more than 2 carts are needed. And it seems the air conditioning broke a while back and was never fixed."

"Put a $20 bill in the coin change machine and it only gave me 4 quarters. The “out of service” red light was not on before I put the money in. It only turned on after the 4 quarters came out. I used the website to send a message and made sure to note the date and time in the message - also the machine is in view of cameras so the statement can be corroborated, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. This incidence occurred on 1/7/24. It is hard to get a hold of anyone via phone as well I like the laundry mat, but this really disappointed me. I still hope to back to get the proper change."

"This facility is clean and well maintained. The air conditioner also works very well. There is a nice assortment of items in the vending machines as well. And most importantly to me, this is a safe place to wash/dry clothes. There are not people that loiter here and ask for money or try to get you to buy drugs. My only gripe is last time I was at Starkey Cleaners 3 of my bottom dryers got my clothes half dry at best. Otherwise I would recommend this facility."
