"I googled dry cleaners in the area, Scott’s had the best reviews around. I drove about 20 minutes out of the way to go to their business hoping I could get my two items taken care of quickly and efficiently. Without seeing my items I was told multiple times it’s not aGuarantee, we can try but not a guarantee. She said it enough, I had no faith in the job to be done. Standing in the lobby I called a cleaners off of Bellaire, without seeing items they said bring them in. I dropped my items off no problem . I would not come back here. I didn’t need a guarantee, I needed someone to be confident in their work. This was the stain."
