"I feel that I paid too much $ for what I got, I tried to explain to you that my house didn’t need a “deep clean” but I went along with it because you insisted. The cleaners were polite once they got here but as I expected they obviously didn’t use GPS because they kept getting lost. This condo property isn’t hard to find, it’s tall and all white and is well marked. Now you understand why I wanted someone that was familiar with downtown. They worked for less than two hours and missed a few things, The floors looked good but everything else was far from “deep cleaned” it was just average at best. Again my house is barely1030 ft.² and it’s picked up daily/weekly by me, the bed was made, there’s no mold growing in the shower, I don’t have a bathtub, there’s no dogs or piles of dishes in the sink or dirty clothes on the floor. I’m unhappy that I paid so much money for an average “wipe down,” it looks like a “Swiffer” was used on everything. My mirrored nightstands still had some dust and fingerprints. The front of the kitchen hood vent was cleaned but not the sides. “Elbow grease”equals deep-clean, Faster isn’t Better."

"After two big home projects all I wanted for Christmas was a “deep clean” from a cleaning service to start the new year. My husband booked Two Maids and was there while they cleaned. I was a little skeptical from the beginning when he said a woman and her high school son were there to do the job. I’d be okay with that if it was a small family business, but this is a chain where you’re paying for “Two Maids” AKA two professionals. They did an OK job in that the oven and microwave were cleaned nicely (jobs no one really want to do) and the shower was cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom surfaces were also cleaned well enough. But this was not the “deep clean” they advertise by any means. No cabinets within the house were cleaned. The kitchen cabinets still have food on them. The bathroom cabinets still have water/toothpaste stains. The floors were vacuumed but not cleaned. There are still stains on my wood floor showing they didn’t see a cleaning. Same with the bathrooms. The carpet on the stairs was vacuumed nicely but the stair rail is still covered in my cat’s foot prints. Dust underneath decor on furniture. Wood surfaces were lightly dusted but still had stains which would have been taken off with just a swipe of Old English. A metal nightstand still had dust and cup rings. Baseboards weren’t cleaned. Very disappointing, especially knowing how much my husband paid for it. We could do a better deep clean on our own, which is not the point of hiring someone to do it. If you need someone for a basic clean, they did a good job but don’t waste your money on the deep clean."

"The whole process has been very positive. The cleaning crew (Leslie and Azalea) were prompt and thorough with their cleaning. They walked my mother-in-law through the whole process and made her very comfortable. The place looked absolutely wonderful when they were done. Looking forward to the next monthly service!"

"I highly recommend Two Maids! I had a party coming up with guests coming to stay and decided at the last minute that I didn't have time to clean myself. I went online the Sunday before requesting cleaning for Thursday. Two Maids accommodated me! Marie texted me when she was on her way and texted me when she was finished as I wasn't able to make it home in time before she left. She did a great job and I'll definitely use them again."

"I had high hopes for this service but unfortunately was left with much disappointment. For $220 two cleaners came for about 75 minutes, skipped about a third of the home and even areas that were touched were left fairly messy with smears and debris left behind. Attempted to reach out but continued to get voicemails and an answering service who had no clue what was going on. As seen in the photos these areas were entirely missed. Laundry room was left as-is, microwave left dirty, bathroom flooring not wiped down, window sill still had debris and dust, noticeable plant debris was just left behind. No attention to detail and literally an hour to clean a single family home. Completely unacceptable and will be contacting my financial institution to reverse payment. REPLY TO OWNER: I attempted 4 calls on a reclean, and I stated that clearly I made the effort but continued to get answering services and voice-mail. Of course the photos are from your cleaning, I wouldn't have taken the time to review in depth otherwise. Yes thankfully our #9 cleaning crew has worked out. Best of luck to you and your new role."
