"3 STRIKES...YOUR OUT!! I was a customer for a 8 months. I own and operate a cleaning service that provides vacation rentals cleaning sevices. So l needed a place to drop off and pick up bed linens and towels weekly. On our first experience there was a problem. Missing towels...so we decided to just send the sheets. All sheets were labeled. On our 3rd visit we noticed some missing sheets...and there were a few that were not even ours returned to us and several that were stained. We wouldn't see the stains until we were changing out the lines on the beds ....imagine unfolding what you think is a clean sheet and seeing stains...very frustrating!! This went on for several weeks...not all of the time...BUT MORE THAN IT SHOULD OF OCCURRED. It got to the point that l would take the items that were stained AFTER THEY WASHED THEM... home and washed them again and they were fine. THEN...we wanted to have a few duvet covers washed that had Color boarders. These were return damaged with Bleach marks...on the first occasion. We did not bring those back again ever! The women in charge....did attempt to make things right in each situation. Buying and replacing our sheets with a cheaper sheet sets. This did not make our guests happy so we could not use them...so WE had to buy replacement sets. They did replace the 2 duvet covers they damaged. l was very humble throughout the business relationship...BUT after receiving a dirty folded up sheet that was returned to us as " being washed"...that was the Straw. When l reported this, l was told l was a liar, and not to return with my business. I was personally and verbally attacked by this women. What stuck out the most were these 2 comments from her: #1: " We never know when you are going to be picking this stuff up so we don't have time to pretreat the stains so what do you expect, l have spent $200 on replacing your stuff. We don't want your business anymore if you are going to be a liar". My response: "That makes no sense! I pick up every week ( they have the linens for 5- 6 days)...so my expectations would be that your service provide clean linens no matter what day l pick them up. You would NOT need to spend $200 to replace anything...if you did not lose or damage the linens. I returned the dirty sheet in a separate bag and made your employee smell it...it was dirty...l am not a liar!. # 2 " You have been trouble from the beginning, l don't want your business ". My Response: You have repeatedly lost, damaged and now returned dirty linens to us...and l continued to be understanding and more importantly professional about this situation by returning each week and giving you feedback both good and bad. I was hoping by doing this the service would improve..and it hasn't. So...thanks for many ATTEMPTS at trying to provide clean, crisp,nonstained and my original linens back to me each week.... BUT YOU FAILED! The many unsuccessful attempts made by you and your staff shows the lack of experience in providing laundered linens....it is okay...just learn from these mistakes and do BETTER! THIS WAS JUST REALLY OUT OF THE SCOPE OF YOUR CAPABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THIS TYPE OF LINEN SERVICE. On another note...l found a company that will pick up and deliver clean, crisp, fresh linens @ $1.00 per pound.. "Poplin" Google search!!! Love them!!!!"
"Clean, affordable. Dryers work well, bathroom and change machine for customers only of course. Drink and snack machine and TV. Air conditioned and staff on site who are helpful."
"Lady harassed me because i wouldnt walk all the way around her wet floor sign . Floor was completely dry. Then asked me to leave after i already put my soap in the machine. Go to lee’s down the street its 1.75 cheaper."
