"Always courteous, great turn around time, decent prices, convenient, willing to go out of their way"
"I used the 24hr laundry next door. I did not get any reply to my message that the machine did not rinse because of too much soap. So in essence I spent $5 having to rewash with no soap again. Palm cleaners told me it was my fault. At least"
"The stench of dog when you walk in should have been my first clue. I get to the counter only to be greeted by a not so friendly or courteous woman handed her my jeans and she told me they smelled like smoke and she wasn't sure if she wanted to take them in to clean them. I thought that's why to take your clothes there to get them clean, well rest assured I will not be back the service, attitude, and smell of dog is not worth my time or money. Apparently she only wants you to bring in clean clothes to be cleaned."
"Dropped off two "dog beds". I have to use outdoor patio furniture as it's the only thing my dog hasn't destroyed. Upon pick up one of them had a hole the size of my hand and when asked if the washing machine was the cause of this the woman simply said "probably". Paid $22 for the two beds; which have been washed multiple times by another company (who is now closed) without any damage. Was very disappointed in the lack of care about the damage to my item. More than likely will not be returning to this dry cleaners."
"Went to pick up my husband's shirts after he decided to try out this cleaners. He thought they'd be good after he talked to the man at the counter who told them they'd press the shirts with no starch.I was going to drop off more shirts too, but decided against it. I went in and there was no one visible, looked around, no bell. So I waited, and waited (at least 5 minutes), finally I heard voices in the back and I said "Hello, is anyone here?" More commotion and people talking about kids and the bathroom, I thought maybe one of the kids could have had an accident - so they were busy....figured I had time to wait just a bit more. After another 5 minutes, I said "Hello, should I come back?" again....no Answer. I've been in the place 10+ minutes now (normally I would have just left, but I knew my husband wanted one of his shirts for the next day.) Finally I shouted "Hello???" again and someone finally emerged. She apologized and said her grandkids were there and she didn't hear me. Okay, no problem...whatever. Got the shirts (supposed to be no starch), I checked the pocket on the front shirt, it was basically glued shut (aka - too much starch). I paid for the shirts and left. After I got home that night and took the shirts out - my husband pointed out that the back shirt had a huge pressed in wrinkle the length of the pocket. He went to take it back the next day. (At this point I hadn't told him my story about the waiting.) He comes home, shirt in hand, grumbling that no one was there to wait on him even though he waited 15 minutes but he thought he heard kids in the back. So, needless to say, we got a wrinkled shirt and a starched shirt for $10. Time to find another cleaners."
