"This was my favorite laundry, chill and nice guest. But yesterday I had to wash my clothes twice. At the end of the cycle laundry powder was still present and the clothes had a few dry spots. Next door at the dry cleaners, I told the owners, She said the hot water setting uses the least amount of water. She didn't offer any refund but said, "thanks for letting me know". They also have WiFi but I've never found the password anywhere. Probably will go back but cautiously optimistic..."
"I have been coming to this laundromat for several years now and I have never had an issue but lately I put my stuff in the washer and some of them don’t fill with water several of the dryers are broken and have been broken for quite some time now I came in here today October 23, 2021 to do my laundry and one of the washers leaked and there’s water all over the floor you call the emergency number that’s on the wall and no one ever responds to you last week I lost money in one of the washers because it didn’t fill with water and I had to re-wash my clothes which cost me an extra $10 I must’ve called the number 20 times and no one responded. Do not come here because whoever owns this place obviously does not care about it anymore"
