"Good place and they work with you as long as u keep up with the bill"
"I have been a loyal customer now just about 3 years . I am appauled how unethical some of the employees conduct themselves . I can honestly say that my experience has been extremely distasteful and unethical . My rent was due on the 2nd -3rd day of this month and today is the 5th in which all customers are suppose to have a grace period for all prior to denying access as a customer although I was purposely and intentionally denied access to my unit that I rent out of retaliation . I was denied access to my unit tonight and they hung the phone up on me and refuse to give me their name after 20-30 minutes after waiting to even speak with someone . They tried to make me pay for a unit before it’s due . I have been having issues regarding this on going matter as well as other concerns . I have asked several times to speak with someone over the property manager and have not been able to concerning this on going unsolved issue that’s been going on for months . I informed them that I was recording for my on record just like they are and I have their employee refusing to help me as well as being very rude , disrespectful and hung up on me . I have many concerns and I don’t think they have a cooperate number to call the person in charge is taking advantage of their authority and as a loyal customer it’s causing a lot of unnecessary stress on me .The number and the unknown person down below in the reply comment stating that they are the owner and I called that number below to only be directed right back to the same number and people that was giving me issues this was no help nor was I given a name."
"Wow! Completing my storage unit reservation was quick and painless at the on-site kiosk. Just have your drivers license and payment and you’re ready to go. One stop shopping - you’ll get your unit number, personal code and lock/key so you can go directly to your unit and start unpacking your stuff! I was a little skeptical, but not anymore. If needed, customer service is available to help via phone while going through the process. I even got 1/2 off my first 2 months of storage! I would recommend!"
"This place was terrible. At first it seemed quite convenient, being able to rent a unit at any time of the day. But after purchasing the lock and paying the months fee, I was given a unit # and an access code. The access code never worked. So I never even got to see the unit i purchased, much less get to store anything inside it! I called the help line several times to no avail. Left several messages, no response. Wrote them Emails.....still no response. I was stuck with a lock I had no use for and left to pay another months rent somewhere else. I'd suggest going a mile down the road, where you not only get what you pay for, but they actually have what some people call "Customer Service". They should have named it PressX Storage not Xpress Storage!!!"
