"Guy behind the counter has major attitude.Asked for fresh lettuce and he stated " IF I HAVE ANY" the lettuce behind counter was brown and old. Then he slammed the refrigerator door after getting a pinch of fresh lettuce. Then he became very short with me while adding ingredients. Didn't take time to wrap my sandwich right. Very disappointed in the service."
"I got a 6" sub and one of their brand new pretzels, which are supposed to be Auntie Ann's. Unfortunately, the pretzel was hard as a rock (it's supposed to be soft) and had a whole shaker of salt on it. It took forever to chew it. The vegetables were frozen, because the temperature on their condiments table was too low and it had ice all over it. When I pointed it out, they said, " Yeah. We know. " Frozen vegetables, like cucumbers and lettuce."
