"This post office was good at my first few visits if you could look past the label broker id reader that barely worked, the second pair of automatic doors not working half the time and non existent employees. But this last visit was the straw that broke the camels back. I went to the self service to print a shipping label but the machine was broken and once again the non existent employees were much help. Thank you for nothing but stressful visits. I hope this location gets shut down."
"The worst location in Bradenton. I had a situation with mail not being delivered and when someone contacted me about it after I put in a service request, not only was she arguing back and forth with me on the phone about a policy that their driver Wendy, who delivers to my complex ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT follow, I asked for a supervisor to call me, not only did no one call, I’ve been calling for 2 days straight and not ONE person answers the phone, SHUT THE WHOLE place down, EXPEDITIOUSLY There is a delivery driver by the name of Wendy, who delivers mail for the complex I reside in. I have an account with USPS that shows images of the mail you'll be receiving for the day/week. On more than one occasion, Wendy has deliberately not delivered mail to the occupants of the residence, but has delivered mail for people who do not reside there. There is also a card in the mailbox with the last names of everyone residing in the home, but she purposely does not deliver mail for me and my family, while still delivering mail for a person who's name is not on the card. I have contacted the office directly on more than one occasion on this matter, I've contacted customer service, only for this issue to CONTINUE to go unresolved. Just recently, I had to order replacement social security cards for my daughters. I received an email with the images of their cards from their informed delivery option from the app, when I got home and checked the mail, once again, my daughters mail was not in there, but there was a book made out to someone who does not live in the home. I've ordered a replacement medicaid card for my daughter that she deliberately will not put into our mailbox, but delivers all kind of mail for people who don't live there. I even added my daughters name to the card in the mailbox, she took it out, put a new one in there with saying my name and my partners name with the word "ONLY" basically saying she would only deliver for those two names only. I've once again reached out to customer service because this is making me feel personally attacked and it's upsetting to be waiting for documents for my daughter to not receive them because the delivery person purposely doesn't deliver our mail. Tried calling the office multiple times this morning and not one answer or call back. I guess they thrive on HORRIBLE service"
"Came in on 1/12/24 to buy stamps and send out mail, while exercising my 1st amendment right to take photographs and video in public, this includes the post office, as Poster 7 in the lobby states we can. Aaron the Postal Employee was very chill and professional, had zero problems with me taking video and photographs."
"The clerk was beyond rude! We were sending packages to our family and the first clerk was actually very helpful and nice. We had to do paperwork and returned to the counter and had an absolutely rude clerk. He was sarcastic and not helpful at all. My wife (processing clerk) and I (Mail Handler) both work for the USPS and were shocked at his manner! No problem, we’re reporting him today. It’s not a good representation of the postal service to have this guy as a clerk!"
"The carrier didn't deliver a package and lied and said because of dogs. My dogs weren't even outside because its too hot. Then the tracking number on the package doesn't even exist. I couldn't get a hold of anyone to reschedule the package. I've asked my friends and family to please not send me anything thru the mail. Just use Amazon or the other delivery services. At least you get your packages no matter what! And forget about calling......nobody ever answers the phone. Why do they bother?"
