"One of the best parks in Bradenton. There are a lot of rules, but they are there to keep the park safe. We own a unit in 7 Acres. I love having a home down here. I am the 5th generation to live here in Bradenton."

"Nice retirement community with nice pool area. Good for summer homes for northerners and Canadians, unfortunately the pool area isn't being as well maintained as it could so that kind of ruins the experience for the northerners looking for a place to live and swim in the summer. It would be better if they replaced the old patio and completely fixed their jacuzzi so that the people who come here for the summer can have a good experience without the jacuzzi breaking down. Hopefully they'll focus on updating this area to attract more people who just want to enjoy the Florida lifestyle by the pool area."

"I live there. Nice neat park but certain people there don't know enough to mind there own business . If people just want to be relax and enjoy life this isn't the place. I have great landlord but to many Park rules and they only make certain people obey them."

"I will ensure my relatives stay clear of this place. Management is to lax and is now allowing criminals and drug addicts to live here. What ever happened to background checks? It's a shame because this use to be such a nice place. Now you need security cameras and heavy duty locks."
