"Carriers falsely claim "No Access to Delivery Location" to protect their metrics. In reality, they're running late or maybe it's raining. If there isn't a relevant code, USPS needs to add some. If my package says "Out for Delivery", I assume someone is getting paid to deliver?"

"Odd experience, customer service could be better. Will be using a different location from now on. 1. You have to buy your own tape- be aware, even though online might say otherwise. Not the worker's fault, or so I assume, but why would a post office not supply tape? Every other post office I have been to has packing tape you can use. And instead of helping me out, the worker whom I was speaking with, a tall-ish black woman with blonde braids at the time, told me "we do not supply tape, we only sell it" in a bit of a condescending way. So I paid $4 for a tiny bit of packing tape. Again maybe that is protocol, I just feel that a post office should have a roll of tape for customers to use in a pinch. (Before someone lectures me about not having it taped, I had just moved into a new location and my tape is packed away, no reason a place dedicated to SHIPPING MAIL does not have tape for customers to use) 2. She then asks to see the phone I am shipping, and I am a little weirded out by that, but I say sure. So I unpack it, and she picks it up and inspects it. I have never had a worker ask to inspect the item inside the package before I have even paid to ship it, so maybe that is just protocol. But according to quick research I did, only certain people are allowed to inspect packages. I just found this odd, never happened to me before. 3. I had googled previously that the insurance for my item was only $12. Knowing this, after I get my tape, I go back in line a SECOND time and am being helped by middle aged bald man. I ask for the insurance. He says it'll be $100. I am clearly alarmed by this price hike, so I tell him to cancel that, and I go out of line to do more research. After he makes me pay for the $4 tape, of course. And I find the site showing the $12 price. So I get back in line, with the black woman employee again. I show her the screen and politely ask if it is accurate, and she condescendingly goes "that is not us, so I do not know", even though it is literally an article about the USPS prices. But she rings it up with the insurance, and lo and behold it is the same exact price on that website. Which is also strange, because the bald man told me that the insurance would be $100. And he let me step out of line AGAIN and waste time in a second transaction, instead of correcting himself and saying the correct price. 4. Just other weird little interactions, like when I am making sure the sharpie is dry on the tape, so it doesn't smudge, the black woman goes "that is a permanent marker." Like I am not an idiot, I know it is permanent. I just wanted to make sure it was dry. Overall, I found the customer service to be lacking, and the employees condescending, and unhelpful. I felt as if I were being treated as a criminal, which has never happened to me before I visited this particular location."

"Had alot of issues with this usps for one they leave package doors open with packages in the mail box and I live in a mobile home park and instead of them coming to my house they put the notice of a miss package in my mailbox that's not at my driveway. I have a lock box for my mail box and it isn't close to my house so how and the hell am I suppose to be at my mail box at a certain time. If that's the case they should call you when they arrive. I work for Uber Eats and I can say the uber eats does away better job then these usps."

"This particular post office location sucks!!! They’re always losing my mail always late picking up and delivering mail and no remorse for me when I tell them my packages are being lost all the time!! the post man or woman is not doing their job correctly or checking/scanning packages. The front desk people also suck it’s like they don’t want to don’t want to do their job either…and always so freaking rude when you ask them something!!!"
