"*Acrylic gel nails with design* My family owns a condo and I came down to visit for vacation and went to get my nails done. I went in wanting a design and the lady handed me a couple nail designs and said “I only do these” which is fine I picked a different one. I chose a grassy looking one and a fish (that she said she did) I got acrylics and wanted a square shape. I am normally a very patient person and don’t complain. But my nails I am not happy, after they were “done” I paid and left waited for my ride. I noticed my nails definitely were not dry. The color was coming off. I went back inside and let the nail tech know. All she did was put acetone on my nails and said okay. I left, holding back my anger and tears. The designs are terrible. And the shape on my nails are off. Acrylic is over my nail onto my skin. I am overall very disappointed and sad."

"I was a walk in and at first it was great, they got me right in and I was super satisfied, with that, she asked me what I wanted and I showed a picture and she immediately turned down the design, so I ended up choosing my other one I wanted instead and she also told me no to that one saying the design was too much, (it was a a short almond with a mushroom and flowers) she kept saying she wasn’t able to do any of the designs until I gave up and just said to do some flowers She rushed me to pick out the nail polish so I really didn’t get a look threw, finally the actual nail process began, they were pretty gentle but she was hard to understand with her mask and soft voice so I kept asking her to speak up until she got mad and just spoke another language to the male she was working with The acrylic she laid on was very thin and lumpy, when I asked her to go shorter she rolled her eyes and barely took anything else off, the polish application was very sloppy and thin The flowers she did do were sloppy at this point I wanted to walk out, two girls walked in about half way threw and they were super nice the whole time and yet the two working at the time seamed rude that one had a lisp witch I found ridiculous And the icing on the cake is my nails have been snapping and they have only been on for 5 days at this point Overall very unpleasant and would not suggest going"

"A friend and I gave this place the benefit of the doubt since all other places were fully booked. We made an appointment for two full sets and two pedicures and were sat pretty quickly. The pedicure was fine, just would’ve been better if the person would have been more heavy handed. Not even two minutes into the pedicure, the owner starts walking toward me. Without even a word said between us, she kicked my brand new purse out of the way then ripped the remote for the chair out of my hand and placed it on the Velcro. I was already taken back by that but she then proceeded to grab my phone from my lap and try to stuff it under the seat cushion. I took it back and put it on the side table. She didn’t seem too happy but let it be anyways. She then asked if I had picked a color and I showed her a white and a pale pink I wanted to complete a French tip. She looked at me like I was stupid and said “you want those colors?” I replied with “yes. For a french tip.” “You want pink?” “No, I’d like it as a base coat and white as a french tip.” She then gave me a look that made me feel even more stupid before taking my colors and placing them back on the display. She didn’t come back to me but went to my friend and began doing her nails while she was in the pedicure chair. I would like to mention that everytime we tried to turn the massage chairs on, she said no and would turn it off. Why have something we can’t use? The man did amazing on my toes and did exactly as I had asked for the colors but once she finished shaping my friends she came over to me and asked about my colors AGAIN. I repeated what I had said and she shook her head before grabbing them and setting them down near me. She asked what shape and length I want so I pointed at my friends and said “exactly what she has.” Then she asked if I wanted square so I said “no, almond like hers.” She began shaping them and cut them WAY too short. While she was doing that, she was speaking in her native language and kind of scoffing. I did hear the words “French tip” which told me she was talking about me. They’re as long as my natural nails were before she started and are pointy like stiletto. I didn’t want to say anything so I ignored it and hoped it’d be better. Finally, we were sat at an actual table and she worked on my friend first. My friend showed her the blue nails (attached below) and got something a bit different. (Also attached). The lady finally moved onto me and just didn’t talk to me. She’d roll her eyes or shoot me and my friend a look whenever we would talk even though it was quiet. She had filed over my nails an insane amount of times and had gone so deep with a drill underneath that she cut between my nail and skin. I’m a frequent nail biter and picker so I had a raw spot that was scabbed over and she took a manual file and went over it until it was bleeding and I was pulling my hand away from the pain. She just kept pulling my hand back which flabbergasted me. The finished result I got was so ugly and unspeakable. They don’t cover my entire nail and only 23 hours later, are already lifting. She didn’t even use the pink as a base. My friend even said she watched her mess up a flower in her nails then tried to fix it and just didn’t care when it didn’t work. Insane. Do not go here."

"Phu is the best at pedicures. He does a complete job and he even warms up his lotion. I have never had a bad one. His wife is also very adept at manicures and waxing. I love that they always make time to fit me in. I have gone to nail salons for 30 years in bigger cities and they rank above any of those. Job well done!"
