"Yolanda your receptionist took care of me when I came in to make an appointment for an ultrasound. The next day she was there when I checked in for my appointment and took care of giving me a copy of my orders and my payment receipt on what I owed. Yolanda was outstanding. Even though I was early, the technician Jennifer R. came out in less than 10 minutes. She was even more professional and courteous. Jennifer R. did the ultrasound in a quick professional manner. Jennifer explained in detail to me as we went along about the different steps in the procedure. Highly recommend your DOI facility on George Dieter Drive in El Paso."

"I made my appointment on the west side of town because that was the earliest appointment available. So the day comes and I come from across town to the heavy traffic of the city. Once I get there I fill out the required paperwork. Then I get asked how much my copay was going to be?? Which I know that I don’t have any, but I still try to make payment arrangements to no avail! So I decide to leave and while I’m driving back home I receive a call asking about my insurance card?? So I give them the info and they run it and there was no copay so they ask me if I’d like to come in or reschedule this appointment. Since I had parked on the side of the street to get them the information they were asking I decided to go get this out of the way. Then I get told that I will now have to wait one hour till the tech continues with his appointments??? If they would’ve verified all this before none of this would’ve happened! So my experience here was not the greatest! I really hope that yours goes better and smoother than mine."

Tests were done in a timely manner without unnecessary delays. It also helped me stay on track when I received a reminder email for appointment. Clean premises. "Walked in 30 minutes early…receptionist checked me in & gave paperwork to complete…before finishing, the tech called me back. From the time I walked through the front door until my Cat scan was complete & I walked out was around 15 minutes!! I could not ask for better!
