"Terrible experience, one person in the office and not helpful at all. She said I had purchased the wrong lab and there was nothing she could do. I called and the verified it was the correct test. We went to a different lab with a much nicer staff. Don’t go there!"

"This is the only lab in town I trust to draw my blood. Have horrible veins,but they always get me on the first try and rarely leave a bruise. They listened to me when I first went in an explained my poor vein situation and followed the process as it had been done in Austin by the 1 person that could get blood out of me there. "The lead phlebotomist and most of the time, only person working at this facility, is EXCELLENT!! She runs the business with care and professionalism! The business is going to lose her because there should be another person working with her in this location. No one person can be expected to be as good as she is without any supporting cast. That’s wrong! I know several patients who have encouraged her to go elsewhere. Probably get paid more and not be expected to DO IT ALL! Is this business just about making the almighty dollar??"

"I have been going here for a good couple of months now to get my lab work done and the last year I’ve been taking my mother in law there to get her labs done. Jenny is way nice and they are so much cheaper than any one else as long as you are paying cash you get such a huge discount that you won’t think it’s real. She is also very good at her job and knows what she is doing."
