"Horrible, horrible office staff! My doctor was amazing, but the office staff is Terrible. I am a veteran and was sent here through Community care and they refused to work with my case manager to get the needed authorizations. I left NUMEROUS messages for their VA coordinator and she never returned one of my phone calls. I was only able to speak to the office manager one time and she promised to resolve the issues… She never resolved the issues and also refuses to return any of my calls. Again, my doctor was amazing and I hate that I am not able to continue my care with her, but the office staff had made that impossible."

"Easy to get an appointment scheduled fast. Nice team but green, with no experienced doctors around. The biggest concern is everything is rushed, "nickel and dimed", and we get asked to schedule unnecessary follow-up appointments. Getting the complete skin care I want would require to schedule multiple 2mn appointments (+ 1 hour total wait every time) at high fees. However, this place is perfect if I have a skin allergy or poison ivy contact, etc... and I need a quick appt/fast cure. The last nurse that took care of me was very nice and even called me afterward to follow up on something that was very thoughtful."

I am more than happy and grateful with this doctor and all her staff, who also treated me in a spectacular way since the first day I attended the medical office.
