"Had a $1700 bike stolen from there bike rack, the one next to front door. They have signs posted inside no bikes inside and a security guard near the front door. So I took and educated guess and figured the was the safest place to lock my bike up. After my bike was stolen, then I find out there not responsible or accountable for anything. I got the "oh well", told my to call the police and have them look at the surveillance video. To find out the only cameras that work are on the employees parked vehicles. Any business is lawfully supposed to have some kind of security for there costumer's safety. I personally find it extremely irresponsible to have a place where you're giving them cash money and no security whatsoever , not even video footage of you leaving the facilities front door and the security is for their protection not the clients. If any business is not accountable for your safety in anyway, is not a trustworthy business. These people is playing with our bodies and not accountable for there establishment. That's very dangerous! For your own safety go somewhere else. Apparently they know their establishment isn't safe or the wouldn't protect themselves so much. And your clients safety is"oh well". Wish I could give negative Stars for that!!! P.S. side note The working staff are nice people, very friendly . But the management sucks"
"One of the best places to go to if you need a lil extra cash"
"This was my first visit to Continental and everything went smooth. The entire experience took about 45 minutes. The front facing staff was friendly and professional. They initially prick your finger at the intake window for a blood sample, then call you to a screening area in the back where you have your vitals taken. After your vitals and some questions regarding current medications, you are sent further back to the donation room. The donation room has a series of padded reclining bed stations where the blood draw is done. I was helped by Ms Wanna, who was very upbeat and helped me relax with some personal humor and friendly attitude when she noticed I was very nervous. The finger prick at the front desk was truly the worst part, Ms Wanna got me stuck and blood flowing with ease. It took about 6 minutes of me hooked up for me to fill one bag / one pint of blood. They paid me $40 cash for this first visit, and told me I would make $50 upon any subsequent visit. I would return and recommend this blood bank to anyone wanting to donate blood."
"Worst place in Miami to donate. The people who draw blood are great. Rest of the staff swear they on to something great I guess. This spot is for people who dont know no better."
"I there today(Dec.18th),and received friendly service from the front desk all da way ta da back. Ms. Brenda took my blood with a very professional demeanor. My whole process took about an hour up front, and once I made it ta da back 4 donation. Dat took bout 45mins."
