"The imaging techs were great. I highly recommend the facility for testing. I just feel that the first impressions desk, reception people should be more welcoming. There were two women at the desk, the main woman was very welcoming but the one in the back was a little snippy when I asked a question. Also, the PineApp is not very good. It never showed that my registration was complete, continued to show as processing. And why is it necessary to upload id and insurance cards if the reception desk is going to want them again? Not very seamless."

"Starting with the front desk, the young lady that helped me was courteous. The place is clean and inviting. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. The testing was extensive which is good because the place I went to previously did not do what they did at Baptist for my mammogram. I have implants and they took a look at the integrity of it along with my regular exam. You can’t go wrong with them."

"Went for first time Bone Density Study. Check-in Staff was warm, friendly and helpful! Had a small coffee during a very brief wait and was called in within appointment time. Very pleasant Technician who was helpful and reassuring of the study. Study was done before I knew it. Was informed when results would be ready for my doctor. In all a very excellent experience and would recommend anyone to this facility for their radiological needs! Thank you to all Staff!"

"I had Horrible Service, during my at 10:30 breast ultrasound appointment. After an hour of waiting to have the exam done by a trainee. I was told I had to wait in the hospital gown an extra hour for the doctor to review the ultrasound. I informed the tech that I hadn’t eaten and I would return before the hour. As promised, I returned within 30 minutes and at that time was told that they tried to call me because the doctor would not have time to read it till after 1 o’clock. I showed the front desk rep. that my phone didn’t have any miss calls or messages but regardless it was already 12:15 and I would wait. My husband and I went to the cafeteria and returned exactly at 1, at that time the receptionist again proceeded to tell me that they had to tried to call me again to tell me that all was fine and I could go home. I’ve had many x-rays done at BAptist at different locations and everything was always done quickly and efficiently. This was quite a contrary. Very disappointed! I recommend doing breast ultrasounds elsewhere."
