"I would highly recommend you don't go here. I had an eye exam and I purchased glasses in May of 2024. I called and came into the location today to get my pupilary distance to order glasses online. They claim it was not measured at my eye exam nor when I got my glasses. Lol They claim it's an additional service and an extra charge of $30. This is a total scam and shake down. It should be illegal for them to try to charge additional money for what has already been measured and paid for."

"Took my grandma to her appointment, had a normal eye exam and everything, until we check out and two ladies in the front desk told us we didn’t have to pay a refraction fee since she decided not to get glasses from there because they are not covered by her insurance. Next thing we know we get a bill for the refraction fee, I called and explained that we were told she didn’t have to pay but all of a sudden that’s not true and she’s gonna have to pay, I understand if you guys have policies and fees of that nature that may or may not be covered by insurance but how is it fair to us when we were specifically told by two people at the front desk she didn’t have to pay for it and recommended we get glasses somewhere else. The people in the office are kind but you guys really need to work on training and communication skills if you aren’t going to inform your patients/customers correctly."
