"My dr sent over an order for me to have my yearly mammogram. Promptly I received a text from Krystal advising me to call the office to schedule, even leaving me her extension. When I called to schedule I was unable to reach her but spoke with a a scheduler name Mia. She was amazing! I also work om Healthcare & this week has been stressful. I got my days confused & regrouped myself & she offered grace & was understanding with me when I didn't know what today was, lol. She made me an appt sooner than. I could've imagined, esp for a mammogram & was extremely professional & kind to speak with. I'm hoping that my experience for the test itself carries onto the clinical care team. So far GREAT experience!"
